The Professional Development Workshop Series covers a wide variety of topics in different categories including grant writing, teaching, mentoring, lab management, and leadership. This program is open to both women and men at all ranks. Junior faculty are strongly encouraged to attend and participate.

Recruitment Workshops and Best Practice Training educate Department Chairs and search committee members about factors that work against woman's progress and recruitment in the sciences and introduce them to best practices to expand the search field and conduct a more effective search.
