Welcome to the NYU ADVANCE Partnerships for Adaptation, Implementation, and Dissemination (PAID) Program.  Our mission is to promote an equitable and engaging climate where women and men together can pursue their scholarly and educational activities in an atmosphere of mutual respect and support.

We hope and anticipate that our program will play an important role in driving NYU's transformation into a leading institution in promoting the advancement of women and minorities in all areas of academic endeavor. While the program's initial focus will be on the promotion and enhancement of the careers of women science faculty, it was designed also to serve as a springboard for acceleration and solidification of NYU's steady progress towards an excellent and diverse faculty.

This website will provide you with greater detail about our numerous programs and initiatives; will keep you updated through announcements, calls for proposals, notification of new programs, and results of progress assessment; and will contain application forms and contact information to aid you in taking the fullest advantage of opportunities created by this new set of initiatives.
