Funded by the National Science Foundation, the NYU ADVANCE Partnerships for Adaptation, Implementation, and Dissemination (PAID) program seeks to increase the participation and advancement of women scientists at the university.
The NYU ADVANCE-PAID program is guided by two goals: 1) transformation of the institutional climate at NYU through programs that facilitate the recruitment and advancement of women in science, and 2) promotion of diversity studies at NYU and other institutions. read more >
